Contacting Our Community Glaucoma Clinic

Enhanced Optometry Services (EOS) operates a community glaucoma clinic at Portland Medical Practice in Colchester, as part of the North East Essex Community Glaucoma Service.

If you have already received an appointment letter or text message from EOS, you can contact us using the telephone numbers below if you need to rearrange your appointment or have a query about an appointment arranged with us.

Important Information

EOS can only deal with enquiries relating to patients who have been allocated to our clinic at Portland Medical Practice.

We cannot accept self-referrals or arrange initial community glaucoma appointments. Patients are assessed and allocated to a community provider by their hospital eye clinic glaucoma team.

For general eye care, sight tests or spectacle-related enquiries, please contact your usual optometrist.
